In the event of a conflict between such an agreement and these Terms, the specific agreement controls for that engagement.
3. Bookings & communications
When you book a call or submit your contact details, you authorize us to contact you by phone, text message (SMS), and email regarding your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link; you may still receive transactional messages related to a request you initiated. Scheduling is handled through our third-party provider (Cal.com), subject to its terms.
4. No guarantee of results
Any statistics, revenue figures, "recovered revenue" estimates, or example outcomes shown on our website or in our materials are illustrative estimates for explanation only and are not guarantees of results. Business results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not warrant any specific number of leads, bookings, revenue, or rankings.
5. AI receptionist & recorded calls
Certain inbound calls are answered by an automated AI system and are recorded, with a recording disclosure provided at the start of the call. By continuing a call after the disclosure, you consent to the recording. The AI receptionist handles inbound calls only and is not used for outbound calls or robocalls. While we work to make it accurate and helpful, automated systems may make errors; important matters may be routed to a human or to voicemail. See our Privacy Policy for how call data is handled.
